For Cancellation

1. A refund will not be allowed for the cancellation of any service.
2. In certain cases, based on the client’s request, a refund will be considered!
3. In certain cases, like if we announce the refund for the cancellation of the service for a certain period of time, if you cancel the service within that specified period of time, then the amount will be refunded.

For Technical Problems

Due to the technical problems at your or our end, if you paid more amount than the required, then the extra amount will be refunded.

For Payment Failure

  1. If your online payment fails but your amount is debited from your account, if we receive your amount, then the same amount will be refunded (after deducting bank charges, etc., if any!) upon confirmation.
  2. If your online payment fails but your amount is debited from your account, if we didn’t receive your amount, then you have to contact the payment gateway. But most of the payment gateways will initiate the refund automatically. In this case, we will help you!
