For Cancellation

1. The refund will not be allowed for the cancellation of any service.
2. In certain cases, based on the client request, the refund will be conisdered!
3. In certain cases like if we announce the refund for the cancellation of the service for certain period of time, if you cancelled the service within that specified period of time, then the amount will be refunded.

For Technical Problems

Due to the technical problems at your or our end, if you paid more amount than the required, then the extra amount will be refunded.

For Payment Failure

  1. If your online payment is failed but your amount is debited from your account, if we receive your amount then the same amount will be refunded (after deducting the any bank charges, etc if any!) upon the confirmation.
  2. If your online payment is failed but your amount is debited from your account, if we didn’t receive your amount then you have to contact the payment gateway. But most of the payment gateways will initiate the refund automtically. In this case, we will help you!

Processing Time / Days for refund: 15-20 days.
